Keys to Health is a program designed to help combat childhood obesity using evidence based curriculum while fostering a partnership with childcare professionals and parents.

CATCH onto a Healthy Lifestyle

An eight week staff development workshop that provides lessons with hands-on activities designed to educate and encourage healthy eating habits and a physical component aimed at increasing preschool children's moderate-to-vigorous activity. The curriculum designed to educate childcare professionals, parents and children using evidence based curriculum.


The CEC curriculum includes:

Teacher Instructional Manual
Activity Box
Developmentally-appropriate equipment

We Can! Change Tomorrow

A  two week parenting course specifically designed for parents in mind. The course is geared towards preschool children enrolled in child care facilities. The course provides hands-on-activities to enhance parental skills to help the whole family make more nutritious food choices, engage in more physical activities and reduce screen time at home. This course is taught using evidence based curriculum.  

An eight week staff development workshop that provide hands-on activities, essential facts, and simple strategies that make healthy choices fun and easy to include in daily routines at home or at school. The curriculum incorporates art-making, storytelling, music and movement activities into fun and educational lessons to educate preschool children and day care staff about the importance of making positive choices in areas that most affect health: nutrition, physical activity and the latest medical research, sleep. This workshop is taught using evidence based curriculum.

Training Assessment:
We offer a complimentary training assessment to determine individual training needs. The goal of the assessment is to evaluate your program and develop an individual training plan for success. Please complete the training needs assessment.
